BOGIE HEART MUFFLE

Series 200/213/214

It is a series of intermittent operation ovens, built to make firing cycles with materials that do not produce toxic or explosive gases.

The bottom of the oven consists of a removable trolley on which is placed the material to be fired. Once completely filled, it is placed in the oven, as single unit. The structure of the oven is in fire-painted steel with epoxy paints fired at 180 ° C and AISI 316 stainless steel in the most wear parts such as the door and the front of the oven. The body is made of a double wall, which therefore allows to have low external temperatures. The oven has a “balance weel” type door which allows the ideal closure for these types of construction. The thermal insulation consists of low-density refractory bricks in the first wall, and ceramic fiber suitable for the indicated working temperatures. Being equipped with an electronic temperature uniformity control, these ovens can also be used at lower temperatures for firing glass, copper or similar materials.
