Table instrument, in powder-coated steel, with precision electronics for the determination of the bending breaking load (max load) on ceramic or similar specimens. 

Semi-automatic, it is equipped with a steel surface on which two oscillating supports (knives) are positioned, manually and individually moved and adjusted, which in turn receive the sample to be tested. The adjustment is made with the aid of millimeter reference indices. The steel top lifts automatically, with electro-mechanical operation, at a speed known as approaching. This approach speed is automatically switched by the control unit into working speed as required by the regulations. The knife placed in the upper part presses on the specimen until it breaks.
