It is a prototype laboratory kiln consisting of a fixed stainless steel tube inside which rotates a screw that transports the product to be treated along its entire length.

The latter through the loading hopper, by falling, reaches the conveyor screw to start being treated.

The handling system, through the rotation of the screw inserted in the steel tube, transports the material for the entire length of the kiln through the various heated zones, individually programmable up to the max temperature 1050 ºC.

At the end of its journey, the treated material, always by fall, is collected in a special tight tank.
